Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty, an actress, was born 1 October 1995, located in Berkeley, California. She is an actress of renown who was in Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006,) and Chrissie Mayr's Content House.

Asia Argento was born in Rome, Italy, into a family of actors and filmmakers. Both are careers she herself has taken up. Sogni e bisogni, directed by Sergio Citti and starring Asia Argento at the age of nine was her first film. She had a leading role as Cristina Comencini in her first film Zoo which was released in the year 1988. Michele Soavi directed The Church 1989. In 1989 she portrayed Nanni Moretti's daughter for the film Red Wood Pigeon. (Also directed by Moretti). Close Friends, written and directed Michele Placido in 1992, was the point where Asia's acting career started off. As she grew older, playing girls, she moved on to perform more challenging and mature characters. The film received a great reception during the Cannes International Film Festival. She's made three films with her father, Trauma, The Stendhal syndrome and Phantom of the Opera. The Phantom of the Opera will be her third film together with her father, her first two movies being Trauma & The Stendhal Syndrome. Asia's dedication and passion for acting was also utilized for the part of Giuseppe Piccioni in Condannato a Nozze. Patrice Chereau directed Queen Margot. She had an international part. In 1995 Asia worked with Michel Piccoli to produce Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion, for which she was awarded a David di Donatello. In 1994, Asia turned her hand to filmmaking and made two film shorts: Prospettive in 1996, she directed a documentary on her father. In 1998, one on legendary director Abel Ferrara, Abel/Asia (1998), which received an award from the Rome Film Festival. In 1999, Asia made her feature-directing debut with Scarlet Diva (2000), where she acted as the lead actress as well as the writer for the script. The film came out on the 20th of May the 20th of May, 2000 in Italy along with the rest of world. In Brooklyn, New York it won a award at the Williamsburg film festival. In 2001, after directing several music videos the actress gave birth to her first child, Anna Lou. In 2002, Asia starred as Jean-Marc Barr's co-star The Red Siren (Olivier Megaton) as well as Vin Diesel was the star of Rob Cohen's thriller action The Action. Asia has also written a few short stories that were published in a variety of magazines.
