Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices that deal with People, People Management along with Talent Management and Cultural Development. Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge to the table. She's worked with leaders from a wide range of sectors, helping them to improve their company, especially during times of rapid development. As a consultant to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has included organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. Awed by management, she believes that the development of teams and their learning being the key to competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled her create environments which foster learning and creativity that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie devotes her time and energy in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also active in a variety of other non profit organizations. This includes being an member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to supporting women in their development as leaders by providing education for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association that is based in North America with the specific mission to provide training as well as advocacy for hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as helping to support Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities in helping those impacted by the disease of addiction.
